No win no fee
We offer ‘No Win No Fee’ where there is a reasonably strong claim for success and if in appropriate circumstances (such as personal injury claims, fatal accident claims, housing disrepair claims and tenancy deposit claims). However there must be a reasonably strong claim of success, with Counsel’s advice with at least 60% chance of success.
In all cases, Counsel needs to accept to be engaged on a ‘No Win No Fee’ Basis.
It is not uncommon for us to send the papers to Counsel to see if they are willing to take on the case on this basis.
Some Counsel vet the papers for free whilst others do have a small charge.
We will let you know if Counsel intends to charge to review the papers in your matter.
We will charge our fee on a time basis to secure Counsel on a ‘No Win No Fee’ basis.
You will be required to pay all disbursements up front, although if you are successful, they may be recovered from your Opponent.
